DESCRIPTION
Day 1 : ARRIVAL TO CUSCO + VISIT OF THE CITY Asistance at your arrival to Cusco and transfer to the selected hotel, interview with the professional guide of the trip. Free time for resting and become acclimatated to the height. At the afternoon tour in the city of Cusco, visiting the Main Square, the Cathedral and the Temple of the Sun or Koricancha, then, we directo towards Saqsayhuaman (The Real House of the Sun). Inside of this great complex, are located other archeological complexes as Q enqo (Center of astronomic observation; temple dedicated to the earth, Pukapukara (military center, administrative and of watching), its function was the control of the inca road. Day 2 : CUSCO MOLLEPATA – SORAYPAMPA. The pick up from the hotel is at 4-30 a.m. following we will leave by bus to the town of Mollepata, place where we will enjoy the breakfast, afterwards we will walk 4 hours appreciating the great diversity of flora and fauna that nature of the place offers us alter the fabulous walking we arrive to Silcakancha, foreseeable place for lunch, we continue the journey, towards Soraypampa at 3859 masl place of our first camping and dinner.
Day 3 : SORAYPAMPA – COLLCAPAMBA. We will awake early to taste the breakfast and start the walking, we will run over Pampa Salkantay until arriving to the majestic snowy Salkantay, spot most high located at 4650 masl, appreciating the Range of the Andes, we count with first aids equipment, for any emergency, after watching so much beauty we will descend up to Huayrac Pama lunch, wecontinue with the walking until arriving to Collcapamba, known as the cloudy jungle, place of our camping, this place is a tropical zone, where we already have the presence of mosquitoes, take the necessary precautions, dinner and overnight.
Day 4 : COLLCAPAMBA - PLAYA. We take breakfast early, to follow our walking up to Lluscamayu, place where we will take lunch, in the journey we will visit inca bridges, likewise, we will be able to watch the great variey of flora and fauna of the zone, we continue walking until arriving to the Playa, a small village, place determined for the camping. Dinner and overnight.
Day 5 : PLAYA – SANTA TERESA – AGUAS CALIENTES After breakfast we will go on board a local transport (truck) with destiny to the town of Santa Teresa, afterwards we will have a short walk towards the Oroya (cable system to cross the river) afterwards we will go on board a local transport (truck towards the hydroelectric. Lunch then we will take the train towards the town of Aguas Calientes for 30 minutes. Dinner and overnight.
Day 6 : MACHUPICCHU. Early breakfast, then we will take the bus with direction to the Historic Sanctuary of Machupicchu, where the guide will explain the meaning and importance of the place, approximately two hours, then we will have time to appreciate such a majestic place. Return by bus to Aguas Calientes to take the train to return to the city of Cusco.
Day 7 : FAREWELL After breakfast in the hotel, we will transfer during the day to the airport or bus station so that the cutomer continue with its trip through our country.
